These Terms govern your use of Foot Intelligence (the "Service"), provided by Foot Intelligence ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms.

The Service

Foot Intelligence is a clinical forms and documentation toolkit for podiatry professionals. We may update, improve or change features over time.

Clinical disclaimer. The Service is a documentation and reference aid only. It does not provide medical advice and is not a substitute for professional clinical judgement. You remain solely responsible for all clinical decisions, diagnoses, patient care, and for meeting your professional, registration and record-keeping obligations.

Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and be authorised to act for any practice you register.

Subscriptions and billing

The Service is offered on a paid subscription. Payments are processed by our payment provider (Lemon Squeezy). Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel at any time and retain access until the end of the current paid period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by the Australian Consumer Law.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, attempt to breach its security, share your account to circumvent subscription terms, or use it unlawfully.

Intellectual property

We retain all rights in the Service and its content. Clinical data you create remains yours; you grant us only the limited rights needed to operate features you use, such as cloud sync.

Availability and liability

The Service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, and subject to rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the preceding 12 months.

Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms or non-payment.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia, and you submit to the courts of that jurisdiction.
